Summary This month I have asked Bruce Long to write a series of articles about philosophy in planning. While this is a wide topic, I have asked him to constrain his writing to a number of frameworks. While this is not an introduction to planning philosophy it will provide food for thought for those who venture into the frameworks behind planning practice at a deeper level than pragmatic outcomes expectations that we sell to our constituent audiences.
